Rental Program Agreement Overview
Ko Olina Beach Resort unit allocations offer advanced technology and reservations systems with rotating inventory to ensure each unit captures its optimum and fair share of occupancy.
Ko Olina Beach Resort is offering a very attractive "Deluxe Rental Program" for Owners who enroll in our Rental Program for three years with an approved furniture package. Owners in our Preferred Program will receive 75% of the Gross Rental Revenues derived from their unit, less a Room Servicing Fee of $75 per occupied room night. KOBR will receive a rental agent fee equal to 25% of the Gross Rental Revenues and pay for ALL other rental operating expenses, excluding taxes, travel agent commissions, referral/booking fees, and owner's direct expenses.*
Owners in the Preferred Program will still be responsible for paying Hawaii State General Excise Taxes and Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Taxes, and also direct costs relating to the physical unit itself (repairs, replacements, maintenance fees, utilities/cable, real property taxes, mortgage payments, etc).
